We offer both AC chargers for locations with longer parking, such as apartment complexes, offices and shopping centers, and DC fast chargers for visitors with shorter stops, such as at busy shopping and hospitality areas.

Our charging stations can be connected to an existing grid connection or with their own meter, depending on your situation. In addition, dynamic load balancing ensures smart distribution of the charging capacity so that peak loads - for example, during shopping or office rush hours - are avoided.

How will the charging stations be connected?

Our charging stations are connected directly to the grid operator's network. There is enough space inside the charging stations for this direct connection, so a separate electricity cabinet is not necessary.

We take care of all costs and complete installation. As a property manager, you do not have to maintain contact with various parties such as a municipality or installer; we arrange everything from A to Z. With Orange Charging, you have one point of contact for a carefree charging solution.

How does Orange Charging's operating model for business properties work?

Our operating model is ideal for business properties: we invest in the charging stations and assume all costs and responsibilities. This means you don't have to make any major investments. We take care of everything, from installation to maintenance and operation.

Do the charging stations comply with all real estate regulations?

Our charging stations meet all legal technical and safety requirements and are also certified. At Orange Charging we proactively advise you on changes in legislation and regulations, so that you are always compliant without worries.

For example, we will help you meet the requirement of at least one charging station for every 20 parking spaces that will come into effect in 2025. To this end, we analyze the parking locations around your premises and offer customized advice to achieve these goals.

What happens when charging stations malfunction or have problems?

Our 24/7 help desk is always ready to address problems immediately. In case of breakdowns or damage, we provide quick repairs or replacement, so that the charging stations in your community remain operational.

Can I see my own charge consumption?

Yes, via our Electra Clear platform you have full insight into charging usage. For each charging station you can easily see how much is being charged (consumption), what the charge point occupancy rate is and whether there are any disruptions. You can also timely assess whether upscaling is necessary, so that you always offer sufficient charging capacity for users. This is how you keep a grip on your charging infrastructure and ensure optimal occupancy of your charge points.
